Previously at NAVA...

- We celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Nintendo GameCube, three systems set up around the store for all to enjoy.

- The arcade challenge was MARIO BROS (Atari). The high score winner earned the coveted "arcade champion" $20 gift certificate.

- The 6pm tournament was SMASH BROS MELEE. Bryan was our champion, walking off with a cool $20 gift certificate.

- Gamers, collectors and friends shared their recent adventures and sold or traded their goods.

In This Month's NAVA: Friend GOOD! FIRE BAD! Let's gather up some friends and fight some fire at this exclusive one-day event. Whether you're battling flames in Super Nintendo Ignition Factor or burning the bad guys to the ground in Alien vs Predator, it's gonna be a hot night in Clifton this night!

Arcade Challenge: Where is the fire hotter than in Bally Midway's SATAN'S HOLLOW? A classic old-school shooter, take out the gargoyles while building a bride to face Satan himself. Who's going to take out the prince of darkness? Put up the best score on this game by 9pm and win a nifty $20 gift certificate. Arcade challenge games are set to FREE PLAY all day, but please remember to let everyone get a shot. If you get the high score, move on, and no hogging the game! Also if you have won last month’s arcade challenge you are not eligible to win this month’s challenge.

6PM Tournament: We are heading to the tallest skyscrapers to put out raging fires and save as many lives as possible! And we are going to do this on an Atari 2600 in the game TOWERING INFERNO. This underrated hidden gem will bring out the bravest player in northern New Jersey? Will it be you? Sign-ups begin at 3pm, the tournament starts at 6pm in this first-come, first-served and as always at NAVA, FREE-to-join tournament. Winners receive a $20 gift certificate!

Remember, you can bring a box or two of your trade goodies. We'll help you administer sales and get you set up somewhere in the store to sell your goods, there is no charge for this perk, NAVA is the time for trading! Also, if you have a Digital Press or NAVA t-shirt, wear them for a for an additional 5% discount on the store's already low-low prices!
