This Month's NAVA: It’s time to celebrate another anniversary; The Legend of Zelda just celebrated its 30th anniversary last month. In our PokeMania hysteria we missed it but we’re making up for it this month with The Legend of NAVA: A Zelda Themed Event. We will have a Legend of Zelda museum set-up just like the Pokemon Museum last month. There will be Hyrule Warriors, Link’s Crossbow Training, B.S. Zelda, & The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures. This is NAVA though so we can’t just set-up 4 GBAs linked to a GameCube, we have to go the extra mile. Our Four Swords set-up will be 4 GameCube’s, all with their own screens attached to them, with GameBoy Players, & the GBA to GameCube link cables hooking them all up to the same GameCube for the ultimate Four Swords set-up!

Arcade challenge! This month we challenge you to another legend; Valkyrie no Densetsu, roughly translates to “Legend of Valkyrie”. The game both looks & plays a lot like the Legend of Zelda games. Be the best at the game on this one day by logging the highest score on our arcade cabinet by 9pm & win a nifty $20 gift certificate & possibly get your name added to the "House Champion" tournament plaque on the Wall of Fame just above the arcade section of the store. Arcade challenge games are set to FREE PLAY all day, but please remember to let everyone get a shot. If you get the high score, move on, & no hogging the cabinet! Also if you have won last month’s NAVA arcade challenge you are no eligible to win this month’s challenge.

Tournament! Remember that Four Swords set-up we mentioned earlier? Well we will be using that set-up for our The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures Shadow Battle tournament! Shadow Battles are very simple; 2 to 4 players play as one of the Links from Four Swords, they appear in a small arena armed with their sword & shield & they must fight each other, random items will also pop-up to assist the players. The last Link standing wins! Who will be our grand hero? Sign-ups begin at 3pm, the tournament starts around 6pm & its first-come, first-served in this FREE-to-join tournament.

Keep in mind from now on trade boxes cannot take up more than 5 square feet. To clarify 5 square feet is an area that is 5 feet by 1 foot, 2 & a half feet by 2 feet, or any other way that takes up that much space. Trade boxes can be more than one box; they just need to fit in that much space. We will make exceptions for those who bring art or homebrews. If you bring something you made yourself we will not prevent you from putting out both that & an appropriately sized trade box. We will also make exceptions if you have items that themselves are large, like boxed systems or special editions to certain games. If you brought a CIB Steel Battalion we’re not going to make you pack up half of your other items in your trade box. We will ask you to pack up some things if you bring a lot of large items. We cannot have such large trade boxes anymore because it’s a fire hazard.

Remember to get your trade boxes in order so we can all buy, sell & trade together. Wear your NAVA or Digital Press t-shirt for the maximum discount on store purchases. Also, bring your Nintendo 3DS to share street passes... it's NAVA time!
