This Month's NAVA: Pokemon celebrates its 20th anniversary February 27th which just so happens to be the same day as NAVA this month, so we’re having another Pokemon themed NAVA; it’s PokeMania 2: Electric Mouse Boogaloo! Bring your Pokemon for battle once again! We’ll have Pokemon Stadium on the Nintendo 64 set up for some mini-game action but we will also have Transfer Paks available for those who want to battle one another with their teams in Pokemon Red, Blue or Yellow. We will also have Pokemon Pinall, Puzzle League, and even a side table for those who want to play the Pokemon TCG. Our SNES Kiosk will have a copy of Pokemon Yellow in a Super Game Boy for everyone to take a shot at playing. Twitch was able to beat Pokemon, now let’s see what happens when NAVA plays Pokemon.

Arcade challenge! So you think you’re a real Pokemon Master huh? You’ve beaten the Elite Four numerous times and even captured all 721 Pokemon including variants. Well we challenge you to get the highest score in Puckman Pockimon. It’s a Chinese Pac-Man clone by Genie 2000 where you play as Pikachu’s head & you run away from the usual Pac-Man ghosts as well as Caterpie & what looks like a Snorlax. Be the best at the game on this one day by logging the highest score on our arcade cabinet by 9pm and win a nifty $20 gift certificate and possibly get your name added to the "House Champion" tournament plaque on the Wall of Fame just above the arcade section of the store. Arcade challenge games are set to FREE PLAY all day, but please remember to let everyone get a shot. If you get the high score, move on, and no hogging the cabinet! Also if you have won last month’s NAVA arcade challenge you are no eligible to win this month’s challenge.

Tournament! It’s time once again for a Pokemon Stadium Mini-Game Tournament! It will be 4 players per match and up to 64 players can sign-up. Who’s the hungriest Lickitung? Who’s Magikarp can splash the highest? Who’s Sandshrew can dig the fastest? Proove you’re the best and you get to go home with one of our trophies so you can shove it in all your friends faces. Sign-ups begin at 3pm, the tournament starts around 6pm and its first-come, first-served in this FREE-to-join tournament.

Keep in mind from now on trade boxes cannot take up more than 5 square feet. To clarify 5 square feet is an area that is 5 feet by 1 foot, 2 and a half feet by 2 feet, or any other way that takes up that much space. Trade boxes can be more than one box; they just need to fit in that much space. We will make exceptions for those who bring art or homebrews. If you bring something you made yourself we will not prevent you from putting out both that and an appropriately sized trade box. We will also make exceptions if you have items that themselves are large, like boxed systems or special editions to certain games. If you brought a CIB Steel Battalion we’re not going to make you pack up half of your other items in your trade box. We will ask you to pack up some things if you bring a lot of large items. We cannot have such large trade boxes anymore because it’s a fire hazard.

Remember to get your trade boxes in order so we can all buy, sell and trade together. Wear your NAVA or Digital Press t-shirt for the maximum discount on store purchases. Also, bring your Nintendo 3DS to share street passes... it's NAVA time!
